We have a budget of SGD 2 million and would like to know if there are any 3 bedroom units available at The Sea View within this budget. Kindly let me in case you have some units, we are very keen o this particular condoa nd seriously looking to buy there. Thanks in advance! - DM

There are 3 bedroom units in The Sea View which are 1,216 sqft and typically going for $1.8M to $2M.

Hi DM,

Prices will not include stamp duty.
Stamp duty will be

3% of purchase price - $5,400.

That will make it to about $48,600 for a property closed at $1.8M.
